Salesian Oratory - Sliema

Lent is a time to reflect on your life and your relationship with God, a time to stop and see “who is pulling your strings.” The PreTeens and youths form the Salesian Oratory in Sliema participated together with youths from the area the Lenten talks organized by Y4J. The talks held from the 15th through to the 20th of March focused on what is affecting my values and decisions in life – therefore the title – “Who is pulling your strings.” All talks started with a moments of singing, dancing and praise, following by film snippets or experiences by various youths. Fr Brendan than delivered a short reflection according to the topic of the day. The whole experience closed off with adoration. Saturday mass was celebrated as a closure of the talks.
